Spices & Seasonings

  • Dried Shiitake

    Mushrooms are considered by some to be the “meat” of vegetables, and they get a starring role in many different kinds of cuisine, including Chinese, Korean, Indian, European and Japanese fare. Our dehydrated mushrooms add texture and flavor to your favorite dishes.

  • Cinnamon Sticks

    Whole cinnamon sticks are from the bark of evergreen trees. They are harvested by peeling off the tree bark, and allowing it to curl up in quills as it dries.

  • Arrowroot Powder

    Arrowroot powder is a white, flavorless powder used to thicken sauces, soups, and other foods. Arrowroot powder is comprised of starches extracted from various tropical tubers, such as the arrowroot plant and cassava.

  • Bay Leaves

    Bay Leaves are oval and olive green in color when dried. Their time tested flavor and aroma pull together the various ingredients in roasts, stews, and tomato sauces to create a well-blended bouquet of flavors.

  • Soup Greens

    No need to chop the onions, dice the carrots, cut the tomatoes. The work has already been done for you. This mix contains carrots, onions, red bell peppers, tomato, celery, green bell peppers, and spinach. Season to your taste and use as a complete soup mix or add to any dish.

  • Pickling Spice

    Most use it for making pickles, but it can also be rubbed on pork roast or even in cooking corned beef. Get creative and try it on other foods. The combination of ingredients in Pickling Spice Mixed Whole is sweet, spicy and tangy all in one mix!

  • Poppy Seeds

  • Nutmeg

    Nutmeg is the dried seed of the fruit of an evergreen. Warm and sweet, nutmeg adds depth to desserts and savory dishes alike. Sprinkle it on your eggnog, but try it on your potatoes, too!

  • Caraway Seeds

  • Curry Powder

  • Dill Seed

    Dill's savory flavor has been described as a mix of anise, parsley and celery, its aroma as a combination of citrus, fennel and mint. A versatile herb, dill is an excellent accompaniment to any fish dish.

  • Real Salt

    Real Salt means - well, real, authentic salt. A quick glance at the ingredients label on most salts might surprise you! Many salts contain anti-caking agents and even dextrose (sugar). Others have been heat processed and stripped of their natural trace minerals.

  • Paprika
